To post from a single place to a Facebook Page, Group, and Stories, you can use Facebook's built-in features or third-party tools. Here’s how you can do it:

Option 1: Using Facebook's Native Features (via Facebook Mobile App)

1. Create a Post:

   - Open the Facebook app.

   - Tap on the "What's on your mind?" field to create a post.

   

2. Select Sharing Options:

   - After typing your post, you'll see options for sharing (e.g., your profile, story, or Page).

   - You can post to your profile and stories simultaneously by selecting both options.

   - If you're an admin of a Page, you can select your Page as the posting location.

3. Post to a Group:

   - Posting to a Group from the same screen isn’t possible natively on Facebook. You’ll have to create a separate post for the Group.

   - Go to the Group you want to post in and create a new post.
